About the Project

CRGA worked with Dr. Kelly Sullivan to relocate and renovate her plastic surgery practice to the third floor of a facility in Annapolis, Maryland. Renovation of the space included demolition of the current space to create a new area for the clinical practice that included a reception/waiting area, exam rooms, consult rooms, a camera room, physician offices, a practice manager's office, a staff lounge, toilet rooms and other general support space.  A "spa" was constructed adjacent to the clinical area that included changing rooms, treatment rooms, and other general spaces.  An Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) was constructed and included a general operating room and procedure room. Other spaces within the ASC included prep/recovery cubicles, changing rooms, toilet rooms, and other general support spaces. An emergency generator and a new air handling unit were also installed on the roof of the building.
