CRGA was proud to be a part of the NCHEA District II FirstHealth Tour and Presentation. Marcus Wiles, along with other members of the IPD, presented on the ongoing Central Energy Plant project, while educating fellow industry friends on major milestones, lessons learned, and integrated project delivery. And a huge thanks to FirstHealth and the rest of the project partners, Brasfield & Gorrie, Heapy, Adams Electric, McKenney’s Mechanical, and everyone who’s making this vision a reality. The 20,000 SF new CEP building is set to come online in July 2024, with 100% support for the hospital expected by January 2025. Designed with operational efficiency in mind, the facility boasts 6,150 tons of cooling capacity and a total electrical generation of 11,500 KW.
