Culture

We believe one of the distinguishing and unique qualifications of our firm is our culture.

Through long-term experience, both formal and informal continuing education programs, and attendance at national conferences and mentoring, we have created a strong nucleus of loyal, dedicated healthcare designers.  The majority of our staff has been part of our firm for a long time and we seldom have any turnover.  Our staff believes that the quality of our projects, the opportunities they are given, and the general office environment make CRGA a great place to work.  That means that the experience gained from a project and the lessons learned are not lost due to the frequent staff turnover seen in many firms.  Our philosophy encourages our staff to participate in projects through over the shoulder reviews and pin-ups, even if they are not assigned to a specific project.  This approach contributes to stronger, effective solutions for our clients.

We cherish the lasting relationships we’ve built on this journey with our clients, our colleagues, and our community.

The CRGA staff is close-knit and very supportive of one another, always willing to help each other with deadlines, bounce ideas off of one another, or even plan various social outings together. I truly feel like I am part of a family.
