About the Project

CRGA Design partnered with Medstar to design their brand-new Urgent Care at Ballston. Nestled within the Marymount University Building in the heart of Arlington, Virginia, this state-of-the-art facility boasts five well-equipped exam rooms, a fully functional X-ray Room, and offers comprehensive illness care for ailments ranging from simple flu to complex fractures.

The waiting area was designed with ample space, ensuring comfort and convenience for patients. Accessibility is a breeze with a direct entrance from North Fairfax Drive and an alternative entry point within the Marymount University Building for those utilizing the building’s parking garage.

Strategically situated to serve both busy students and daily commuters, Medstar’s new facility is a gem in a mixed-use development, bringing vitality to the streetscape. It stands as a valuable addition to both the local community and Marymount University’s campus life.
